Where does your tea go?

(Stereo Fixed Media - 2020)

Where does your tea go invites the listener to inhabit water spaces, from falling from the sky, resting inside a kettle, and evaporation.

The piece begins with high frequency water droplets starting to form, then fall from the cloud canopy. The rain builds as the droplet travels further through spectral space, ending up proximate space inside a kettle within a kitchen.

The kettle is boiled, the tea is poured. Some of it is drunk, but the rest is thrown down the drain. The listener is sucked into the pipes; taken through a range of different spaces and finally evaporates.
